Wanted: Content Strategist

Valve One helps industrial and technology companies grow. Content is at the heart of that work. It builds our clients' brands, and it's how buyers find them, understand complex offerings and make decisions, from the first search to the deal and beyond.

AI has already changed how content is planned, produced and found, and it keeps changing. We're looking for a content strategist who builds with AI, keeps learning and evolving, and gets a real kick out of seeing a client grow. You know what good content looks like, and what role it plays in a client's commercial system.

What you'll do

Lead content strategy for B2B tech clients. Build their brand and plan content for the whole customer journey: how buyers find the client, understand the offering and make their decision.

  • Help clients define their ideal customers, messaging and positioning.
  • Turn the knowledge of the client's experts into content that AI can't produce on its own.
  • Make sure clients show up and get cited wherever buyers look: Google, AI assistants and the communities they trust.
  • Build AI workflows and agents that help produce good content consistently.
  • Use HubSpot to connect content to the client's sales process, learn from each round and recommend what to do next.

What we expect

You have hands-on experience with most of the following. The two that matter most are building with AI and writing good B2B content.

  • AI workflows or agents you've built yourself and that are in real use in content work
  • GEO/AEO/SEO work, with results you can show
  • HubSpot in content and marketing work
  • Writing and editing B2B content in Finnish and English, plus the judgment to tell good content from filler
  • Content planning for complex buyer journeys and working with clients or other demanding stakeholders
  • Fluent Finnish and English are required, as many of our clients are Finnish.

You might not enjoy this role if

  • you want a stable content calendar and a familiar way of working
  • you think AI output is good enough as it is
  • you'd rather report on what happened than suggest what to do next

What matters to us

  • You try new things, even when it means sometimes getting it wrong
  • You learn from what doesn't work and improve every day
  • You share what you learn, help the people around you do their best work, and people enjoy working with you
  • We take the work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously

What we offer

  • A chance to shape what this role will become. Nobody has a finished model for it yet, and you'll help build ours.
  • A team that tries things, shares what it learns and supports each other
  • Hybrid work, with an office in Vallila, Helsinki
  • Occupational health care; lunch, sports, culture and massage benefits; HSL travel benefit
  • Salary: €4,000–5,000/month based on experience

How to apply

Apply through the button so your application goes straight into our recruitment system.

Send us:

  • your CV or LinkedIn profile
  • a short cover letter
  • two or three content examples you’ve written yourself

If you’ve built AI workflows or agents for content work, tell us about one in a few sentences, or add a screenshot or link. It helps us see how you work, and we’ll talk about it more in the first interview.

The process: a short first interview with a focus on AI skills, a case task that you present to the team, and an aptitude assessment for final candidates.

Apply by 15 November 2026. We’ll start conversations right away and may make a decision before the deadline, so it’s worth applying early.
