Context
ABAX is an international B2B SaaS company providing telematics and mobility data solutions across European markets. With more than 40,000 customers, the company operates in a multi-market environment where commercial clarity and operational consistency are critical for sustained growth.
As ABAX expanded, Finland became a strategic growth market requiring a stronger commercial foundation.
Challenges
International growth had accelerated and the commercial structure didn’t follow.
Across markets, marketing and sales processes lacked alignment, visibility into pipeline performance was limited and demand generation activities were active, but not yet operating as a unified, scalable system.
In short, ABAX required a reliable partner who could create structure, continuity and measurable performance.

Our role
We supported HubSpot implementation, growth marketing and campaign execution. Over time, the collaboration matured into a strategic partnership, where Valve One operates as ABAX’s Finnish marketing arm.
The focus shifted from isolated lead generation to building repeatable commercial infrastructure to tackle abovementioned challenges.
To get there, the execution of our strategy also relied on high-impact tactics: content localisation, webinars, newsletters, paid channels optimisation, and well-crafted nurturing workflows.
Once our efforts showed results in Finland, similar structured initiatives were later applied to support growth in the Swedish market.
