Context
Bittium develops secure communications solutions for defence and security customers. Its products and technologies work together to form a network that spans multiple domains and can adapt to different missions and environments.
For Eurosatory 2026, Bittium needed a simple way to explain how that network works, quickly enough for a passing visitor, but with enough depth for detailed customer discussions.
Challenges
How do you explain a multi-domain network in 30 seconds?
Bittium’s story is bigger than any single product. The value comes from how different devices and technologies seamlessly connect and work together in one network.
Showing products individually would not tell that story.
The experience needed to make the overall idea clear at a glance, while giving Bittium’s salespeople and specialists a way to explore different scenarios and technologies in more detail.
It also needed to stand out on a busy exhibition floor.
Solution
We turned the network into something you can build.
The presenter can guide the experience by placing physical tokens representing different assets onto an interactive table. Visitors can also explore it themselves.
As each token is added, a 3D visualisation shows how it becomes part of the communications network. Add or remove an asset, and the network changes with it.
This makes the basic idea easy to understand. Different technologies and assets can be connected into one network and adapted to the situation.
From there, Bittium’s team can introduce different operational scenarios and go deeper into the products and technologies behind them.
The experience follows a simple path: See the network. Explore a scenario. Go deeper into the technology.
Our role
We developed the experience in close collaboration with Bittium, combining their deep understanding of communications networks with our expertise in making complex topics clear and engaging.
Together, we shaped the story, scenarios and interaction, and brought the experience to life across the physical and digital layers.
We also designed the experience for use beyond a single event. It can travel to different exhibitions and locations, while new scenarios, content and physical assets can be added as needed. The digital application can also be used independently for customer meetings, training and other situations.
Business impact
The experience gives Bittium a clear and flexible way to communicate their solution to different audiences.
A passing visitor can understand the main idea quickly. Salespeople can guide customers through relevant scenarios, while specialists can go deeper into the products and technologies behind them.
Because the platform is modular, the same investment can support new events, audiences and customer needs. Since its launch, Bittium has expanded the experience with new content and use cases, turning it into a reusable sales and communication tool.
The standalone digital application extends its use beyond the exhibition environment.
The structural takeaway
One experience, different levels of depth.
The same experience works for a quick introduction, a guided sales conversation or a deeper technical discussion.
Physical interaction makes the network easier to understand.
Building and changing the network turns an abstract technical concept into something tangible.
The story starts with the whole, not the products.
Customers first see how the network works, then explore the scenarios and technologies behind it.
Built to evolve.
The platform can grow with new scenarios, content and physical assets without starting from scratch.
