Nokia’s network technologies are advanced, systemic and deeply technical. That strength is also the communication challenge.

At large-scale industry events such as MWC Barcelona, traditional screen-based demos struggle to convey how AI-ready networks, digital twins and infrastructure layers actually work together. The story becomes abstract. The architecture remains invisible.

For enterprise buyers navigating high-pressure, multi-stakeholder conversations, abstraction creates hesitation.

Challenges

Nokia wanted to move beyond slides and isolated screens.

The ambition was clear: Create a tangible, photogenic and interactive experience that could engage multiple visitor groups simultaneously while simplifying complex AI-ready network solutions.

The task was twofold:

    • Translate deep technical sophistication into a physical, memorable format
    • Demonstrate leadership in AI-powered operations and digital twin technologies in a way that was accessible and visually striking

In short, the experience had to support serious enterprise sales discussions, not just attract attention.

Our role

We designed an enterprise sales enablement system that made complex network architecture easy to understand and discuss.

At its core, a physical–digital demo environment allowed visitors to explore real-world scenarios through simple interaction, with instant visual feedback bringing system behaviour to life.

By combining a physical model, dynamic visualisation and guided scenarios into one coherent experience, it helped different stakeholders quickly grasp both technical detail and system-level value.

Everything was delivered as one integrated system, ensuring consistency and reliability in high-stakes enterprise conversations.

Business impact

The installation enabled sales teams to move enterprise discussions from architecture explanation to operational value.

Customer feedback described it as a “masterpiece” that simplified complex technology concepts. One Nokia team member noted that the combination of physical and visual elements made it easy to tell their story in a way that was both eye-catching and effective.

Beyond the metrics, the commercial effect was structural:
