Context
Nokia operates in global telecom markets where ecosystem alignment and clear technology positioning directly affect competitiveness.
In September 2025, Nokia combined SReXperts and Wavelengths into one event in Phoenix, bringing together over 1,000 operators, customers, partners and experts.
The context is simple. IP and optical networks are converging. AI and cloud are increasing complexity. Explaining how everything fits together is harder.
The event was used as a platform to address that.
Challenges
Different audiences look at the same technology in different ways.
Engineers focus on detail. Business stakeholders focus on relevance. Partners focus on integration. Without structure, these conversations stay separate.
That creates a gap. The technology is strong, but the overall picture is harder to grasp.
Nokia needed a way to connect these perspectives into a shared understanding.
Our role
We structured the experience as one coherent platform.
We defined the “Network the cloud” narrative and ensured it was applied consistently across all touchpoints.
Content, demos and interactions were organised around a single logic. Different audiences could go into detail where needed, but still stay connected to the same overall story.
The setup also allowed content to be reused beyond the event, supporting ongoing communication across markets.
The focus was straightforward: make complex technology easier to understand and discuss.
Business impact
The main change was clarity.
-
Conversations moved from isolated topics to a more complete view of the system
-
The core narrative was communicated more consistently across regions
-
Stakeholders aligned more easily around how the technologies connect
This made discussions more efficient and reduced the need to repeatedly explain the same fundamentals.
As a result, Nokia was able to position its solutions more clearly in conversations with customers and partners.
The structural takeaway
In complex B2B environments, the issue is rarely lack of information.
It is lack of shared understanding.
When communication is structured around a clear logic, different stakeholders can align faster.
That is what turns complexity into something the market can actually work with.
